I am starting the construction of my new Starburst pattern using fabrics from Batik Textiles.  I am very excited to be working with them.  They will have the quilt in their booth at Spring Market.

I have been practicing paper piecing for this pattern.  I have discovered, even though I can do it at this point, it is still not how I prefer to piece my quilts.  I will be including a foundation template in my pattern, but the instructions will be in my preferred methods.  Even if I can do something, that does not mean I can explain it clearly when there are so many resources from people who can.

The pattern will be available on my website in about a month.  Meanwhile, happy spring.
